Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all night shift operations, ensuring productivity targets are met efficiently.
- Supervise a team of logistics coordinators and support staff, conducting daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance standards across the warehouse floor at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day-shift management to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze shift reports to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to workflow.
- Train new hires on night-specific protocols and company software systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or logistics supervision.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
