Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Mentor and direct a diverse team of 20+ employees during the night shift, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily production goals, logistics flows, and quality control measures to ensure 100% operational uptime.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues, staffing shortages, and emergency situations during off-hours.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile and present detailed shift reports to the Day Shift Director, highlighting KPIs, incident logs, and improvement opportunities.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA standards) and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations management, with at least 2 years specifically in a night shift leadership role.
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between night and day teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
