Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise and mentor a team of night shift employees to ensure high performance and morale.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows during the night shift to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and operational standards, ensuring all corporate protocols are followed strictly.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety regulations and security protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed operational reports to senior management at the start of the day shift.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle employee issues and customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a corporate or 24/7 facility setting.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Leadership Skills: Strong proven track record of leading teams and driving performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic ERP systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
