Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor 8-10 technical specialists during overnight operations
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Coordinate incident response and disaster recovery protocols
- Generate performance reports and optimize operational KPIs
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years operations management experience
- 3+ years leading night shift teams
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- ITIL Foundation certification required
- Advanced knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
