Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis for critical fintech projects, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, data models, and functional specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Lead UAT testing and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record in requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Immediate availability to start within 1-2 weeks
