Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications for the development team.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Create detailed documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and process flow diagrams.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and desired future states.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
