Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop detailed process maps, use cases, and user stories for agile development cycles.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and communicate project status.
- Drive the implementation of solutions and ensure they meet business needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time.
