Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) for 8-12 member cross-functional teams
- Develop detailed project roadmaps using JIRA and MS Project with clear milestones and dependencies
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks using quantitative risk assessment methodologies
- Drive continuous process improvements through post-mortem analyses and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/technology implementations
- PMP or CPM certification required (Scrum Master a plus)
- Expert proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, and Asana
- Proven track record delivering projects with $500K+ budgets
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
