Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in alignment with company strategy.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in the Information Technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
