Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience, with 3+ in tech/startup environments.
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS or digital transformation projects.
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project for lifecycle management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams.
- Strong analytical abilities to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Fluency in Agile methodologies and experience scaling frameworks.
