Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and project scope
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Create detailed documentation including process flows and user stories
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and Tableau
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
