Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee real-time inventory management and distribution center operations

- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless handovers and communication
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and corporate policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse/distribution leadership
- Proven track record managing overnight or shift-based teams
