Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize all overnight operational activities across multiple departments
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15-20 professionals in high-stakes environments
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure full compliance with corporate security protocols and OSHA regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Generate executive reports on operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Coordinate crisis response and contingency planning for overnight incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate operations leadership with night shift experience
- Proven expertise in process optimization and workflow automation
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- OSHA certification and crisis management training preferred
- Exceptional decision-making abilities under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean background check required
