Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ corporate staff members during the night shift.
- Oversee the end-to-night operational workflow, including data entry, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Prepare and distribute daily operational reports to senior leadership.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols strictly during late-night hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition and continuity of operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in operations or corporate management.
- Proven experience leading teams, specifically in a night shift or shift-work environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate management software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with limited supervision.
- High level of reliability and integrity.
