Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all night shift operations, ensuring 100% uptime for critical business functions.
- Mentor and lead a diverse team of corporate support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Monitor real-time key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards to identify efficiency gaps.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure workplace environment.
- Handle emergency escalations and resolve complex operational issues with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure seamless transition and continuity of operations.
- Conduct nightly briefings and performance reviews to align team goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or corporate supervision.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
