Responsibilities
- Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of the night shift, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees, conducting shift briefings and performance evaluations.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor workflows and identify areas for improvement to maximize productivity during night hours.
- Problem Solving: Handle escalated issues and emergencies efficiently, maintaining operational continuity.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed shift reports to upper management, highlighting key metrics and incident logs.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and inventory control processes during the night shift to prevent shortages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related corporate field.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and managing conflict effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
