Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift activities to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Manage a diverse team of 20+ employees, conducting shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor operational metrics and prepare detailed reports for the executive team.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and coordinate logistics for seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a 24/7 facility.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving productivity during night shifts.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make high-pressure decisions.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as required.
