Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the night shift team, ensuring all workflows are completed accurately and on time.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff members to maintain high productivity and morale levels.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related corporate field.
- Proven experience leading night shift teams or working in 24/7 operational environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP systems.
