Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor a team of 15+ night shift associates to maximize efficiency and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee the loading and unloading processes to prevent bottlenecks.
- Implement and enforce strict safety and compliance regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews to address operational challenges.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Utilize ERP systems to track productivity metrics and generate performance reports.
- Handle escalated customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing a diverse team in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software (SAP, Oracle preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
