Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight logistics operations including inventory management and fulfillment
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ warehouse and support staff
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless operational handoffs
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
- Resolve escalated issues and maintain service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in logistics/supply chain management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven experience managing overnight or 24-hour operations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
