Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise 15+ night shift staff across warehouse, logistics, and administrative functions
- Implement and optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Monitor inventory systems, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coordinate with day shift teams
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage cross-functional communication with vendors, carriers, and internal departments
- Conduct shift briefings and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in logistics/supply chain with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven experience managing night shift operations in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional leadership abilities with track record of team development
