Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during the night shift, ensuring efficiency and productivity targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 10+ employees, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
