Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical enterprise systems during overnight hours, ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Execute scheduled infrastructure deployments, patches, and security protocols
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex cross-functional issues
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with international teams for seamless handover procedures
- Implement disaster recovery plans and incident response protocols
- Document SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations or system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
