Responsibilities
- Oversee critical business operations during overnight hours, maintaining 99.9% system uptime
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority escalations with minimal disruption
- Execute complex data reconciliation and quality assurance protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements during off-peak hours
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Generate comprehensive night shift performance analytics for executive review
- Ensure full compliance with SOX and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate operations or logistics
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
