- Oversee and manage all night shift operations, ensuring all KPIs and service level agreements are met.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Lead and mentor a small team of night operations staff, conducting daily briefings and shift handovers.
- Analyze operational data and prepare detailed reports for the executive leadership team.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure continuity of operations and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate operations, customer service, or logistics management.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
