Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of employees during the night shift, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Operations Oversight: Monitor daily workflows, logistics, and administrative processes to ensure all operational KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary decision-maker for night-time operational issues, escalating complex matters to upper management when necessary.
- Staff Management: Conduct shift briefings, performance reviews, and schedule adjustments to optimize labor resources and coverage.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze night shift reports, identifying trends and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related corporate field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and supervising teams in a high-volume environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
