Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones during night shift operations
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress and quality deliverables
- Monitor project KPIs and provide real-time stakeholder updates through dashboards and reporting
- Lead incident resolution and change management during off-peak maintenance windows
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions with distributed teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 security protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for third-party integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in 24/7 operational environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expert proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale technology deployments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
