Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the end-to-day lifecycle of night-shift projects, ensuring milestones are met with precision.
- Liaise between day operations and night teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project health using Agile/Scrum methodologies, identifying risks before they escalate.
- Manage cross-functional resources, including technical leads and support staff, during off-hours.
- Generate and present detailed progress reports to senior leadership at the start of the day shift.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance during night operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically within 24/7 operational environments.
- Professional certification (PMP, CAPM, or Prince2) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during night shifts and manage shift-based teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead virtual teams and resolve conflicts.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work rotating night schedules.
