Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the end-to-day workflow of our corporate division, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's long-term business goals and revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of 10+ professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement data-driven solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Performance Reporting: Create detailed monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth areas.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with external partners and vendors to ensure the highest quality service at the best rates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations or management within the corporate sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and driving operational improvements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.
