- Document business processes and maintain requirement artifacts
- Support QA testing and UAT processes for new initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
