Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data modeling
- Document requirements, user stories, and process flows using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Validate solutions against business objectives and user needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with requirements documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
