Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and cost reduction.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and accurate documentation including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owners.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports to track KPIs and project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a strong plus.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
