Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder insights
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather business requirements
- Perform data validation and quality assurance on datasets
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience (part-time or project-based acceptable)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirements elicitation
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
