Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze complex business requirements and processes.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Conduct gap analyses to evaluate current processes and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and functional specifications.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business units.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERD, Visio).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
