This hybrid role (3 days/week onsite in Chicago) offers flexibility while tackling impactful projects in fintech and healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements
- Develop process flows, data models, and user stories
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create comprehensive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical and business objectives
- Document detailed specifications for development teams
- Validate solutions through UAT and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement artifacts and process diagrams
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
