Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and process improvements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical requirements and user stories.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes.
- Conduct gap analysis to compare current processes against desired future states.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT developers and project managers.
- Facilitate requirement review sessions and workshops to ensure alignment.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
