Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create process flows, wireframes, and user stories for system enhancements
- Develop performance metrics dashboards and executive summaries
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on project deliverables
- Validate solutions against business objectives through user acceptance testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in data-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in UML/SW modeling
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Las Vegas's hospitality/gaming industry preferred
