Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/SWOT methodologies
