Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional user stories and technical specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and desired future states.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure solution alignment.
- Monitor project metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders regarding project progress and health.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements gathering methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
