Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Document requirements and create detailed process flows for cross-functional teams
- Develop KPI dashboards and present findings to senior leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops
- Support UAT testing and provide post-implementation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with data modeling
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Experience documenting user stories and functional specifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
