Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Document detailed requirements and create process flows for software development projects
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business needs
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) for development teams
- Validate data integrity and prepare executive summaries for leadership
- Support UAT testing and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with use of Visio/Lucidchart
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating business process modeling or requirement docs
