- Create clear visualizations of complex business data
- Support project teams through agile development cycles
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in process mapping
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
