Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling techniques
- Document functional requirements and create detailed process flows and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business performance
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote-friendly environment
