Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Validate data accuracy and identify improvement opportunities
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analyst experience in tech or e-commerce
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and wireframing tools
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
