Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling techniques
- Document requirements, create user stories, and develop process flows for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Generate reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support system implementations and ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in healthcare or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
