Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Document business requirements and translate technical specifications for stakeholders
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and data models
- Support implementation of new CRM and BI solutions
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Validate data integrity and recommend system improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience (part-time or equivalent)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements in Agile environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
