Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, requirements specifications, and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align teams
- Test system changes and validate business solutions against requirements
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar platforms
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
