Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements documents and process flows
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend performance improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance criteria
- Document processes using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution feasibility
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in IT or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong written/verbal communication with executive stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement documentation and process mapping
- Ability to start immediately with daily pay arrangement
