Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure during night shift hours
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts using advanced monitoring tools
- Execute security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for global clients
- Document incident reports and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams during handovers
- Perform scheduled maintenance and system updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure and virtualization technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network and security systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with ITIL incident management processes
- Excellent written communication for documentation
