Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering workshops with cross-functional stakeholders across 5+ industry verticals
- Design and maintain data models using SQL/Python to drive KPI dashboards and predictive analytics
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) while documenting epics/user stories in Jira
- Conduct SWOT analyses and market research to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Develop process flow diagrams and UML artifacts using Lucidchart/Visio for complex enterprise systems
- Present findings to executive audiences via interactive Tableau visualizations and PowerPoint narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS or automotive tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA), and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Experience with process mining tools (Celonis) and API integration documentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
